My name is Isabel and my mission is to help women who don’t feel good in their body, feel stuck or burned out, remember how does it feel to feel good.


I guide them on how they can get back to feeling well, balanced and in-tuned with their whole body through intuitive health attunement, holistic & integrative nutrition, embodiment practices, and nourishing habits.

How can I help you?

Using my unique “Holistic Nourishment”  and intuitive well-being approach, I guide women on how to:

  • Cleanse, ground and reconnect with their body
  • Clear out what not longer serves them through a holistic detox 
  • Rediscover healthy foods and habits 
  • Restore rest and sleep

So they can:

  • Lose the extra weight (or keep it) in a sustainable way
  • Recover balance and the sense of harmony & flow 
  • Feel energised
  • Rediscover themselves 
  • Feel good in their body again
  • Adopt a healthy and sustainable lifestyle

Together, we work to provide the right environment to allow the body to recover from the negative effects that years of being out of balance, having unhealthy habits, and under stress (physical, mental or emotional) have led to. For example:
